First of all he is red, which as we all know is the best colour. Second, he's very cool.
I like that he's built to be sturdier than V1 for more defensive strategies, I like the stage that you encounter him in and I love Clair de Lune...
I like the cool way he slides past you the first time you see him... I like the polite bow that he does when you begin the fight....
(It helps that Versus is the best track on the entire OST. You can fight me about this, I'll 1v1 anybody.)
I love that you rip off his fucking arms!!! Both Knuckleblaster and Whiplash are so much fun to use... I'm not the best at parrying, so I just like punching enemies harder to heal...
The second encounter in Greed being called CLAIR DE SOLEIL is soooo cool. The vibes are so different from the first time you meet him, the color scheme, uuuaaghhhhh(brain short circuits)
The way he sits on a throne... and cracks his knuckles like he's ready to THROW HANDS...
I want to take the 4-4 encounter in my mouth and shake it like a dog with a chew toy. I'm going to die.
I can't believe he fucking dies after that fight.... I'm 50-50 on whether I think it's funny/being a little delusional "he can't be dead for real"
On a meta level it feels crazy to introduce a character that's like a version of your protagonist and then kill them off very suddenly... Like imagine if they did that in Sonic....
It's funny but it also makes me sad. That's probably why V2 occupies my brain space even now.

Streetcleaner is very cute. I like their design; the silhouette is elegant and recognisable, I love their head shape, long skirt and flamethrower...
I also like their bestiary entry. Cleaning organic matter. Makes me want to cheer for them.

The sounds that they make are also the cutest beep boops in the game!!

I generally enjoy the V-models design. The camera-like head is really charming, and the snatched waist? OK. Slay.
The way it lets you swoosh through the air, sliding and dashing while destroying everything in your way feels awesome. A fast, lightweight killing machine. It's simply the coolest type of robot.
